Checkout Instructions

Cleaners will arrive promptly at 11AM on the day of your departure to prepare the property for the next guests. Please use the following checklist to ensure a smooth departure:

• Place all used linens and towels in the pink laundry basket. Leave comforters on the beds.

• Place used dishes in the dishwasher and start the wash cycle. Wash used pots and pans and leave in the drying rack.

• Empty water from the dehumidifier tank in the bathtub, then put the machine back on the tank.

• Reset all indoor/outdoor furniture and return water toys to their original storage place.

• Remove all trash from the property. Dispose of it at the Dennis Station Convivence Center 10 minutes from the house.
